Pam’s Pristine Clean is pet friendly and happy to serve your household, no matter the species. However, it is essential to ensure the safety and comfort of both your pets and our cleaning staff. While our team is careful and considerate around pets, we are not responsible for your pets during the cleaning process. You are responsible for addressing any concerns regarding your pets' behavior, health, or safety (e.g., risk of escape, aggression, anxiety). We recommend securing pets in a separate room or designated area to prevent any incidents. If your pet has specific needs or if you have any particular instructions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your requests while delivering pristine cleaning services to your home.

By hiring Pam's Pristine Clean you can rest assured that we handle all the details for you. If you're home, we'll clean around you and follow your instructions on where to begin. However, it's not necessary for you to be present; our detailed work orders ensure that all your preferences are clearly communicated to your cleaner. Additionally any children under 18 cannot be left unsupervised while the cleaners are working.

Specifically, we do not:

• Climb higher than a two-step ladder.

• Move furniture or items exceeding 25 pounds, including kitchen appliances.

• Clean human or animal waste.

• Handle hazardous materials.

• Clean improperly installed items.

• Tend to surfaces that may be damaged by cleaning.

However, in certain situations where a more intensive cleaning is required, we may need to use heavy-duty cleaning products. However, in the unlikely event that an accident does occur, we will promptly inform you of the incident and take immediate steps to address the issue. Our team will work closely with you to repair or replace the damaged item, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining our commitment to excellence. Your satisfaction is very important to us at Pam's Pristine Clean. If you're not happy with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, providing photos of the areas of concern. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your home meets our high standards. Our commitment is to resolve any issue and ensure that our services meet your expectations.

At Pam's Pristine Clean, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. You can pay for our residential cleaning services using a credit card, check, or cash. Please inform us of your preferred payment method, and we will provide the necessary details to complete the transaction smoothly. Payment is due within 24 hours of the provided service. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a 2.9% convenience fee will be added to your total amount. To avoid this fee, simply opt to pay by cash or check.

At Pam's Pristine Clean, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we request that you please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any fees. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $100 fee will be applied. However, we make an exception if someone in your household is sick on the day of the cleaning—just let us know right away, and no fee will be charged. While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, please be aware that availability isn’t guaranteed. Any missed cleanings will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Your understanding and cooperation ensure that we can continue to deliver top-notch cleaning services with the same level of care and thoroughness that Pam's Pristine Clean is known for.

Keep in mind that availability may vary depending on the request and our schedule, but rest assured, our enthusiastic team is dedicated to working with you to create a customized cleaning plan that meets your expectations.
