Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit card, check, and cash payments. A credit card is needed to reserve appointments and for cancellations or lockouts. Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. Please note, a 2.9% surcharge applies to credit card payments. To avoid this fee, you can use cash or check.

Cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time no fee will be charged. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the cleaning, a $100 fee will be charged. If someone in your household is sick on the day of the cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. No fee will be charged, as we appreciate your efforts to help us stay healthy.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Pam's Pristine Clean. If you're not happy with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, providing photos of the areas of concern. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your home meets our high standards. Our commitment is to resolve any issue and ensure that our services meet your expectations.
BILLING
Here are our billing rates:

Maintenance Cleaning: $0.06-$0.14 per square foot

Deep Cleaning: $0.25-$0.40 per square foot

Move-In/Move-Out: $0.30-$0.50 per square foot
If paying by credit card, a 2.9% surcharge will be applied to your bill.
